Self Compassion Practice

Learn a self compassion practice that has the power to improve your well-being, resilience, and self-worth, while also settling your nervous system.

We will begin by first learning about the six steps of the practice and then we will do the practice together. I encourage you to be patient with yourself, as it can feel challenging at first. Building self-compassion is like strengthening a muscle—it takes time and practice. Over time, this practice will become easier and you will begin to find your own natural flow.   Integrating this practice into your day to day life will help you to embody self compassion, allowing it to become your natural way of responding.
