What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic coaching is a holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, and emotions to support personal growth and healing. Unlike traditional therapy or coaching methods that focus primarily on talking through problems or analyzing thoughts, somatic coaching explores how our emotions and experiences are held in our bodies.

During times of transition and loss, our bodies often hold onto unprocessed grief, stress, and emotional pain. In somatic coaching, the body is recognized as having its own wisdom and intelligence. By working with physical sensations and emotional responses, we can gain a deeper understanding of what is truly happening inside of ourselves during these life events.

This deeper awareness not only allows us to process emotions, heal more effectively, and navigate change with greater resilience, but it also enhances self-awareness, helping us understand ourselves more deeply and align with our true needs.
