Hi, I’m Ashley.
I’m a Somatic Healing and Nervous System Coach, and I support people who are navigating grief, loss, chronic illness, heartbreak, and other major life changes. Before I ever trained professionally, I came to this work as someone who deeply needed it myself. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and lost in what you’re feeling and living through - and I also know how profoundly things can shift when you have gentle guidance, nervous system support, and a safe place to feel at your own pace. I created this course because I know how painful it is to walk through grief without the right support - and I want you to have access to the kind of care that actually makes a difference.
