This meditation uses the power of somatics to help support you when feeling overwhelmed with emotions. You will gently be guided to bring awareness to emotions and sensations that crave your attention. You will be invited to sense and feel into them using a body based method. Feelings and emotions will have the opportunity to be expressed, bringing about clarity and insight, allowing you to be guided by the inner wisdom of your body. You will be guided to tend to what is present with love and compassion and feel beautifully supported in the process.
